England live at Baja Festival, Mexico in March 2006 and Japan in July 2006
England received a wonderfully warm welcome at the Baja Prog Festival, Mexicali, in March 2006 from enthusiasts that had travelled from all over the world to hear this unique form of music being performed by more than 20 bands.
England played to a sold-out theatre on the 10th March to an audience many of whom still had copies of the original vinyl version of Garden Shed.
“Since I first received my copy of Garden Shed and listened to it, I knew this was going to be a wonderful band to work with. And it was.
I've been at hundreds of concerts in many parts of the world and during this time I've listened to many bands, well now I think "England "represents the total essence of progressive music. I really enjoyed listening to it, checking every beautiful passage. What a marvellous work.
It has been a pleasure to work with you and now I feel touched with the talent of all of you.”
Cesar Cardenas, Sound Director, Baja Prog Festival, March 2006
